Wednesday horse racing summary

Two win bets today pretty much cancelled themselves out. My Condor lost, but Traprain won at a short price to recoup the loss.

A more positive outcome from my lay bets though. I had two bets, and they both lost, with the latter being a '3-pointer'. The first bet was against Nutkin at Redcar. The filly was stepping up into handicap company for the first time, and to be positioned as the 2/1 favourite on your handicap debut is optimistic in my opinion. She finished unplaced.

By the end of the afternoon I was a tad over 4 points better off.
