Thursday horse racing summary
A much better day with more than 4 points profit to show for my efforts. Winter Star got the ball rolling by winning at Uttoxeter, before a runner-up, and another unplaced, and finally Desperate Dan winning at Bath.
This evening I was opposing Rabbit Fighter at Kempton. Sure he had the form to win the race, but then so did at least half a dozen horses in the race, so I felt any price below 4/1 would see the lay bet against the horse offering more value. The punters lumped on and sent him off as the 11/4F I layed bets for 2 points and sure enough Divinsky ran away with the race from the front.
Profit so far this month: 1 pt loss
