None of my selections reached my value prices this afternoon, so they all go down as 'no bets'. A little disappointing as we missed two winners. But the discipline of only betting when 'value' is available returns profits in the long run. Although today it may seem I threw away the chance to cash-in on two winners, other days we avoid short-priced losers. Over any extended period of time you will make more money backing horses at value prices.

The meeting at Folkestone was abandoned before my lay selection ran.
