Wednesday horse racing summary

A poor preformance from the Win bets this afternoon, with all four selections going down. But I managed to get a few points back by successfully opposing the odds-on favourite Fushe Jo at Musselburgh. This was only his third race over hurdles and still without a win under this code. His last outing was a class 5 maiden hurdle, and today he was stepping up in class. I was also unsure how he would cope with soft going. Yet the horse was sent off as the 4/6F an unbelievably short price about a horse who has yet to show the form to win this kind of race. He patently did not relish the sticky going and came in third. The odds-on price also meant I could increase my stake slightly without prohibitive liability.
