Wednesday horse racing summary

An awful day where I almost drew a complete blank, save for one successful lay bet. Six losing win bets all went down, and although I successfully layed Sou'wester to lose at Exeter, Mylord Collonges popped up to win against my better judgement.

Mylord Collonges recorded his first win for almost 3 years on his last outing, in a class 5 handicap chase. Today he was stepping up in class, and carrying an extra 7lbs. I was happy to bet against him given his lack of winning form overall, and the tougher competition today, plus the weight penalty. But he justified favouritism and proved me wrong to win.

Think I'll go and boil my head!
